These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VAULTS website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by VAULTS (“VAULTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
1.1 “Platform” means the VAULTS web application, interface, and related services that enable users to interact with third-party decentralized protocols.
1.2 “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
1.3 “Wallet” means a third-party, non-custodial digital wallet used to connect to the Platform.
1.4 “DeFi Protocols” means third-party, decentralized smart contracts, liquidity pools, and blockchain networks that the Platform may integrate with.
1.5 “Non-Custodial” means VAULTS does not take possession of, custody of, or control over user funds, private keys, or digital assets.
2.1 Interface Only VAULTS provides a software interface that allows users to deploy and manage liquidity positions through third-party DeFi protocols. VAULTS does not operate, own, or control these protocols.
2.2 No Custody VAULTS does not custody digital assets, store private keys, or execute transactions on behalf of users. All transactions are initiated and signed directly by users through their connected wallet.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
DeFi activity involves substantial risk, including the risk of loss of funds due to market volatility, impermanent loss, smart contract vulnerabilities, or network failures.
VAULTS does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All information provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
The Platform integrates with third-party wallets, protocols, networks, and service providers. VAULTS does not control and is not responsible for their operation, security, availability, or performance.
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful activities, to attempt to exploit or interfere with the Platform, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VAULTS disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAULTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or discontinue the Platform at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
