VAULTS is designed to be non-custodial. We do not store your private keys or seed phrase, and we cannot access your funds. When you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

On-chain identifiers: wallet addresses, public account identifiers, transaction hashes, and protocol interaction data that is publicly available on-chain. We may use this information to display your activity, provide core app functionality, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Usage and device data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, feature usage, approximate location (derived from IP), device/browser type, and error logs. This helps us improve performance, diagnose issues, and enhance the user experience.

Information you provide: if you contact support, join a waitlist, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect identifiers like your email address and the contents of your message.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or recovery codes. We do not have the ability to move funds on your behalf.

If the Services ever include paid features, any payment processing would be handled by a third-party payment provider. We would not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Service providers: analytics, infrastructure, and security vendors that help us run the Services (subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations).
